  That is spam. No reputable SEO company will ever approach you in this way. Please mark it as spam. There is no such thing as eliminating all spam but Akismet works very well.   I also got a similuar mail a few weeks ago with very detailed instructions regarding SEO. The spammers are everywhere. To bad that almost half of my time goes for “cleaning up”…
