Address to Force WordPress Toolbar?

When I visit my blog, WordPress usually recognizes that it’s me and displays the banner/toolbar across the top, giving me access to my dashboard, etc. But sometimes it forgets that it’s me, and I need to visit wordpress.com directly to sign-in, then go back to the blog. Is there an HTML address I can enter as a Favorite that will get me to the blog, forcing WordPress to display the toolbar on top? I know that I could use the /wp-admin/ address (so, for my blog, http://mcdonaldcentre.wordpress.com/wp-admin/), except that this takes me into the admin features: I want an address to the blog itself, but one that forces the toolbar to appear.

Note that I am NOT talking about the ‘remember me’ option within the toolbar. I’ve got that sorted. What I’m talking about is ensuring that the toolbar itself appears when I visit the blog–regardless of whether it sees me as logged in (‘remembered’) or not.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
