not a problem but would like to know how often an add is posted on a webpage without paying for them no tot appear
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey,
The appearance of ads would depend on several factors, including the location of your visitors to the content on your blog, depending on what the advertisers want to target.
So as such, I believe there’s no set-criteria or a fixed number that ads would appear x number of times on a post.

A Staff member would be able to give better insight over this matter, so I’m tagging this thread for their attention.
Be patient while waiting, can take some time before they respond.

The standard ads on a “free” site are a single block at the bottom of a Post I think – the block may have one or four ads in it based on what I have seen
-
Ok thank you, i think i have seen some examples of these. It was a block with 4 pictures inside it with words saying: trader turns $300 to $13000, super questionable wedding portraits, 25 amazing perfectly timed photos and 83 rare historical photos that will leave you. I looked at tons of WordPress websites and can see that they don’t appear much. I can see that they appear at the end of blog posts, however my website will be for my business (a clinic) so there are no blogs, so where would the ads appear?

If the ads you see are found at the end of blog posts then provided you see this small About These Ads link what you are seeing is WordPress.com generated advertising. http://en.wordpress.com/about-these-ads/
Any other ads appearing to you are not placed by WordPress.com. If you see any other ads then you could have an issue on your browser or computer. Unfortunately they can be being placed there by software on your own computer or your visitors’. Such ads are sometimes caused by malware or a virus, but more often it is due to a browser extension or adware found in some games and shopping sites and toolbars that may have been installed in a browser.
These sites have further explanation and suggestions for eliminating the ads:

If you use the WordPress.com guide for screenshots http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.

Hi heidizr,
We do try to keep ads to a limited space and frequency, however we do need a way to keep free features free. The space ads appear is marked with a box labeled “Some of your visitors may see advertising here”. Where this box appears on your site will depend on the theme you are using. In many cases it will show at the bottom of a post or page.
Some users have also opted into our WordAds program which allows them to show an ad to every visitor. It also gives them the opportunity to show ads in more places.
If you are concerned about ads on your business site you may want to think about upgrading to a paid plan. You can learn more about our plans here:
