  this is strange.. when i tried to view one of my recent post (not logged), i saw below ‘adds by google’ in unusual way. how come it get in there..?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress occasionally will show ads on your blogs to help pay for all the expenses of running this service. That started back in mid 2006. See the bottom of the “features” page.

  You can get the no ads upgrade so that they will not show up on your site. The cost of the upgrade helps offset the loss in ad revenue.
