Adds in near future on wordpress.com?

Hello every one,
Suppose, sometime in near future my Blog is running really well, lot of visits per day, and I suddenly decide that I should also add a few google AdSense to make a some money while I enjoy blogging. At that time what are my options? Since WordPress does not allow me to put advertisement codes to my pageI am not to sure of Wordads.
open to suggestion and comments.

There are no options other than the WordAds program. No blogger initiated advertising, retailing or reselling the work or products created or services provided by anyone other than yourself is allowed on free hosted wordpress.COM blogs. E-commerce transactions via shopping carts and the like cannot be conducted on free blogs from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM

Very few bloggers make a significant income from blogging. Typically the self hosted WordPress.org bloggers I know make pocket chnage over and above their web hosting and associated costs. However, the fantasies that we can all make a bundle by blogging live on.

I am not looking to live off of my blog but want to make a small amount of money. I have a blog at Nerdaholicindustries.wordpress.com. what can I do to get adds and make coin on the side? -
