I will be advertising in a monthly newsletter that goes to 400,000 doctors nationwide. It’s called The Physicians Journal. How do I get that information to the WordAd people so they will consider it with my previously sent request for invitation?

If I’m going to have a penetration to 400,000 medical doctors I’d have a much broader exposure and thus a greater reason to advertise on my site.

Don’t hold your breath for the massive influx – I and my site was featured in a distribution to 10,000,000++ people, got 800 page views that day and quite a few less the next day
PS – I am sure the WordAds people can and know enough to look at your site traffic

They only care about the actual traffic your blog gets, which they can measure directly. And Word Ads actually decreases the money WP.com makes from your blog, relative to their regular ad program, so they’d have a disincentive to approve high-traffic blogs if ad dollars were their motivation.
