Adele theme : Change navigation banner

  Hello, I want to replace the ribbon in the navigation bar with another image. I can remove the background color but I couldn’t remove these extra sections on the left and right. Does anyone know how? I want to add a different ribbon image and remove the ribbon in the site-footer completely if that’s possible.
