Adelle Theme Broken, No Idea What to Do

  I tried to add a short piece of code to the functions.php file (to remove the date stamp). It didn’t do anything at all.

  I then removed it – I am pretty sure I only removed the bit I had added, but I guess I messed up.

  Now I have an error on my blog:

  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘.’ in D:Hosting9251946htmltinteddyblogwp-contentthemesadellefunctions.php on line 245

  I have no line numbers in my editor. I have no idea what I have broken or how to fix it :(

  I was going to switch to a different theme, but trying to do this just brings up the error message too.

  Please, can anyone help a stupid newbie fix this error and get my blog back running?

  I re-uploaded the adelle functions.php file to the server and that fixed it.
