Adelle theme – change the color of the dots at the top of the theme

  Is there a way to change the colors of the dots at the top of the Adelle theme. (I have the Custom Upgrade.) My site is http://cowgirlatart.com/

  The dots at the top are an image (background.png) that is being tiled horizontally. You can just grab it and change the hue in any image editing program and then reupload it as a horizontally tiling background.
