If you go to Dashboard>Appearance>Customize, and then select CSS on the right of your screen, you can try the Custom CSS option. The Custom CSS option gives you the ability to edit whatever theme you have installed on your site.
It must be purchased ($30/yr.) if you would like to use it on your site. The link to purchase it is in the yellow box above the CSS editing window. Click on ‘Purchase it to make it live’.
Also, your site shows as having the Reddle theme installed. I assume you’ve changed it since posting this, but thought I’d point it out.

You should use your browser to view CSS. To do it, right-click any element on the page, select the “Inspect Element” option, and you should see a panel appears that shows the HTML for what you clicked on as well as all of the CSS that applies to it.
The best way to make modifications to an existing WordPress.com team is to copy just the pieces you need from the browser web inspector and paste those into your Appearance → Themes → Customize → CSS panel.
