Adelle theme customization questions

    Hi @thesacredpath,
    As mentioned in my previous post, I’m using the Adelle theme with the custom design upgrade. There are a few things however, I can’t figure out how to add/revise.

    1. I was able to remove “category archives” from each category page, however is there a way to change the font of the header or delete all together?

    2. Am i able to install an instagram widget next to FB, Pinterest and Twitter at the top of the right rail?

    3. I’d like to add in a daily reads list featuring our favorite blogs. I see many other blogs have it but can’t figure it out on this theme.

    Hi Erika,

    2. The only ones that can be put up in that area are the ones listed at Appearance > Customize > Theme Options.

    You could add the Instagram URL where the Youtube is, and then we could change the icon, but the problem is if people hover over the icon, a tool-tip type thing will come up and say Youtube and there isn’t a way to hide or change that.

    If you wish to do that anyway, add the URL to the Youtube field and post back here and I can give you the CSS to change that.

    3. You can add a links widget and then add the blog links in your dashboard at “Links.”

    There is also the Blogs I Follow widget and the RSS feed widget.

    The Display WordPress Posts widget allows you to show the most recent posts on other WordPress.com blogs.
