Adelle theme – Sharing buttons don't work on my blog post

Hi,
I’m new to WordPress and love the Adelle theme. I recently uploaded my first blog and the sharing buttons at the bottom showed up the first time I did it. And then when I checked it again, it doesn’t show up afterwards. But the sharing buttons are on my other pages that is not the blog. Like I made a page for About Me and the sharing button works there. I noticed today that on my blog page it showed up the sharing buttons and then it goes away if I check it afterwards.
If someone can help me that would be great to explain what the reason is.

When you see things come and go it indicates you have a connectivity issue or a browser related issue.1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
