Adelle – Widget Box Color & Change Nav To Image

    Hi there, thanks in advance to everyone who has posted on the forums. Lots of it has been really helpful. Does anyone know how to adjust the following?

    My site is: styleprosperity.com

    1) Widget background color on the right hand side?
    – I can’t figure out how to make it #F5C4C4 or a transparent #CBA135

    2) Navigation bar: How do I remove the colored box around the navigation bar, and change the navigation text color?
    – I want to make it with a dotted line above & below the nav text, so that it looks like this:
    ………………………………
    Home About
    ……………………………..
    – I can make an image for this, but I don’t know how to insert it into the stylesheet. Is this in the Edit CSS feature? Or do I have to adjust a stylesheet?

    Any help re: the two questions above would be great.

    We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs. We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names.

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
