No blogger initiated advertising is allowed on WordPress.com blogs. The only blogs that can be equipped for ecommerce are those with the $299. per year business upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce/
The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.

timethief thanks a lot ; but my first site is stopped now and i can have it back , i m very sad for that i have put adf.ly links and i did not know it forbidden; i have spent six years to build my blog in wordpress and i love it , i have 480000 Visitors , 400 a day there,
but now every thing is gone;
i m very sad, can someone help me to have my blog back ?
