Adjust text layout and sizing
-
I am currently using the theme Karuna.
I have noticed that the text ‘AUTO FLAIR’ is appearing below the logo since adding more items to my navigation menu. I was hoping for some help to display this to the right of the logo.
Also, is it possible to decrease the size of the text on the About Us page without affecting the rest of the base text?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It looks like on screens below 1100px wide, both the logo/site title and menu break onto two lines each. On screens that narrow, there isn’t enough space to keep the logo side-by-side with the site title. You can try overriding that to make the “site-branding” area that contains the logo and site title wider, by using a media query to only affect smaller screens, something like this:
@media only screen and ( max-width: 1100px ) { .site-branding { min-width: 60%; } }You can adjust that minimum width as you like to get the effect you want.
Also, is it possible to decrease the size of the text on the About Us page without affecting the rest of the base text?
You can target just the About page with something like this:
.page-id-2 .entry-content p, .page-id-2 .entry-content ul, .page-id-2 .entry-content ol, .page-id-2 .entry-content blockquote { font-size: 14px; }I added some list and blockquote elements in case you add those types of content to the homepage, but if you plan to only use regular paragraphs, you can just keep:
.page-id-2 .entry-content p { font-size: 14px; }Adjust the value of the font size as you like.
Let me know how it goes!

Thank you for your help Kathryn – we decided to remove the page title, so this helped with my first issue. Though should we change our mind we will definitely use your guidance above.
The notes for the text size worked perfectly, thank you for this.

Glad you’re set!
I’ll mark this thread as resolved but feel free to start a new one if you need help with anything else.
