Adjusting audio level on an audio file

  Full disclosure: I am a beginner with no formal training in WordPress! I have had to replace some audio files in a series. The new segments are a little louder than the other ones in the series. How can I adjust the sound levels? Thanks!!!

  Thanks for getting back to me! The website is
  http://www.stage.haveaballtogether.ca/ and the problem can be seen by going from post http://www.stage.haveaballtogether.ca/types-of-physical-activity-2/ to http://www.stage.haveaballtogether.ca/activity-guidelines1/

  I realize the voices are different but, I figured that if I could at least reduce the sound level for the second one, it would not be as obvious. I am seeing some coding info on help websites and trying to use something like setVolume but obviously, my syntax is not working out. Thanks!
