Adjusting links and other items on the right side bar

  How do I adjust the links that came with the site? I see the meta links but how do you change them?
  the site is: anandapdx.wordpress.com

  widgets are a bit confusing with all the choices. All I want to do is change the existing links or do I have to delete eveything and start over?

  You can’t change the content of a preset widget, like the Meta widget, but you can remove it and add a Text widget or Link widget.
