Adjusting menu border and footer border widths

  Does anyone know how to adjust the width of the border below the menu and the width of the border above the footer? For reference, the site is haxbee.com.

  The footer border is shorter than the menu border. I just want to make them match in width.

  I just checked the borders at http://haxbee.com/ and I found that the border line below the menu and above the footer are both 800 px right now. Do you still need help?
