Adjusting my home page image in screens

  I am attempting to keep the complete image of my homepage showing on different size screens. When I am on my monitor at home (27 inches) it shows the majority of the pic. But at work on regular size screens it focuses in on the top left corner. Can anything be done? And if not, can the “Full Frame” theme essentially do this?
