Adjusting Navigation Width – CSS won't update

Hi everyone!
I’m a newbie and designing a site for a client and having issues with adjusting the padding between menu items to keep the “about me” and “contact” links from looking stacked. Here is the site: https://brazeninspiration.com/
The theme I’m using is AIRI. I tried looking up some tutorials. One mentioned going to adjust “theme options” but there is not theme options on the dashboard. I saw they recommend deleting all plugins to get theme options to show up but since this is not my WordPress account I’m designing on, I’d rather not do that.
I also tried adjusting the padding from 15px to 5px in the style sheet but that didn’t seem to work either.

Are you referring to brazeninspiration.wordpress.com or brazeninspiration.com? The site brazeninspiration.com is not hosted on WordPress.com but on Bluehost so we won’t be able to help with it.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. I’m referring to the .com not the .wordpress.com site. So is there no way for me to adjust code if it’s hosted on BlueHost?

How can I ask a question in wordpress.org/support? Sorry I’m new to all of this and I have to say I’m extremely frustrated with how convoluted doing simple edits in WordPress is. I’m at the point where I won’t even work with people who are using this platform.

WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
