Adjusting Picture Positions/Borders – Also, Tabs
-
I am trying to get a grid of images to display side by side without any border over the edges. The final look I am trying to achieve is a calendar for all of the updates to my site. To get an idea, please check out:

I was able to get the left and right borders removed, but not top and bottom, could someone help me get rid of the top and bottom borders, or maybe explain an easier way to accomplish this?
Also, if you are to click into April or May which are the only months I have updates for currently, you will go to a page where the updates are separated into tabs. I was wondering if it were possible to implement a different tab/dropdown menu or something that would not load the video previews until you actually clicked into them. Currently the pages get pretty bogged down by all the videos in April, and that was not even half a month of updates it is loading.
Please let me know.
