Adjusting picture size

When I write a new post now and include a picture (as I have done for the last ten years) I have started to encounter an issue. Whereas once upon a time I could upload or copy/paste a picture into my post and adjust the size, I cannot do that now!! For the last few days I have been unable to resize my pictures and it is the most frustrating thing to deal with!!!Why is this?
I now have to save a picture and resuze (guessing dimensions) befoe I upload it!! I used to just click the photo in the post and could make it bigger or smaller by dragging the box!! What has changed???WP.com: Yes
