Adjusting Sketch Menu Header
-
How do I adjust the sketch theme menu header? As of now the menu drops down after clicking the toggle. Instead, can we have users see a menu header that spans horizontally without the toggle feature? Viewing in the live settings isn’t not the same as the display theme advertisement and, is the most accurate picture of how I want the page to be built.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I will try to help you with this. I see you want to have a horizontal navigation menu and get rid of the drop down.
You can achieve the same by following these steps:
– Go to My Sites > Themes > Customise > Menus
– Select the Menu
– Click on Reorder
(You’ll notice few menu items are slightly shifted right. These are menu items appearing in dropdown)
– Shift these menu items to left
– Click Save & PublishAll the menus items will be aligned horizontally in Menu bar.
Also, watch the tutorial for more clarity on custom menus:

To add to what @krutidugade has to say, a few small notes:
1. I wanted to make sure you can easily access the Sketch Theme documentation which states what menu options are available.
2. Please note that the way this theme is set up, the dropdown for the main menu will show up depending on the width of the user’s device or window, for instance on a mobile device, they would see the dropdown.

Hi @hamptonderek, it looks like this issue is resolved. Please let me know if it is not. I’m going to mark this as resolved, but if you still need help, post back into this thread and it will be automatically unresolved.
