Adjusting space between widget heading and form in footer

  Hello, I am looking for help in adjusting/reducing the gap between the heading ‘Stay Informed’ and the subscription form in the footer of my website ‘maintain.avorb.com’

  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
