Adjusting the Header (primary menu) size

  • Unknown's avatar

    I need to adjust the size of my header or menu area, as I would prefer it be larger in height (I suppose that’s it). In regards to custom CSS, I would imagine this is an easy thing to adjust in custom CSS, I just have not come across it.

    Any solutions would be appreciated

    Hi there, I am assuming you are talking about this site: http://southeastdiesel.wordpress.com/ .

    The black band where the primary menu is right now is quite tall already. Are you wanting to make that taller, or are you talking about making the text taller?

    If you are talking about the black band, then add this CSS and adjust the height as desired.

    .site-header {
        min-height: 90px;
    }

    If you are talking about the text size in the menu, then add the following and adjust.

    .no-js .main-navigation, .main-navigation {
        font-size: 1.125rem;
    }
