Adjusting theme look

  Trying to find instructions for adjusting theme look. Help states can do this in dashoboard which is landing page of administration. Can find no link to administration or instruction as to where I should look for it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Some themes can be adjusted in Dashboard >> Appearance >> Themes.

  Others can’t.

  If you know CSS, there is an upgrade you can purchase to allow more flexibility.

  I know css. Just uable to find the dashboard. Not finding ‘administration’ in menu as mentioned in help topic.

  You need to purchase the annually renewable cusom design upgrade to be able to do any CSS editing on any theme here.

  And there’s no “administration” on wordpress.com dashboards: you’ve been looking at the wrong help topic.
