  Hi,

  I’m struggling to access the backend of our blog, I’m getting the following message:
  ‘This page isn’t working
  http://www.solopress.com is currently unable to handle this request.
  HTTP ERROR 500’

  I’ve been informed by our Head of I.T that this is most likely a server side error so, I was wondering if you could advise.

  Hi,

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

  Hope this gets fixed soon!
