admin access

    I have had some one working on my website and I have tried to contact them as they have made my website live without permission and there is incorrect information on it is there a way to access the admin/ back end / dashboard if I cannot remember the details as what I have is not working? TIA.

    The site I need help with is carlapaterson.com.au/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.
