Admin Access

    I recently released my website developer and requested admin log in credentials, he advised he has provided but when i log into the admin page i do not see USERS, APPEARANCE, PLUGINS, etc. Can you help please?

    Based on how your Dashboard is not displaying some options, it sounds like user roles — that the user account doesn’t have full administrator permissions.
