Admin Access

  I’m the only user but only listed as an Editor. There are not other users that can log in to change my role to an administrator. Is there any way around this? It’s apparent that you can’t contact WordPress directly to fix the issue.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There are two other users listed on that site. One that is the owner/administrator of the site and another that is an administrator.

  You will need to either log into one of those accounts or have someone who can log into them set your account to be an admin. It is not something that WordPress.com staff can do for you due to security concerns.

  Thank you for your assistance. Another Happiness Engineer has reached out to me and we’ve figured it out so no need to contact the admins.
