    Hello,

Thank you for contacting our free support forums for websites hosted on WordPress.com. However, as your site is not hosted with us, we may be limited in the assistance we can provide. Nonetheless, we can guide you in the right direction to seek help.

It appears that you need to disconnect the Jetpack connection from the first Admin account and reconnect it to the second Admin account. Both you and the other Admin account holder must have separate WordPress.com user accounts to complete this action.

We want to assure you that there is no risk of losing your subscribers and stats during this process. When you first connected Jetpack, your site was assigned a unique blog ID that is linked to your site URL. If your URL has changed for any reason between the time you first connected and when you reconnected, the system on our end would recognize the new URL as a new site and assign a new blog ID during the reconnection process. In this specific situation, it may appear that you have lost all your previous subscribers and stats. However, Jetpack Support can help you to assign your subscribers and stats to the correct blog ID. This is not common, however, so you should be confident everything will reconnect properly.

If you have any other concerns or queries, please feel free to contact Jetpack Support directly for further assistance.

    We hope this information helps.
