‘Admin access disabled, Please contact support team’ when trying to log into my admin page

  Hello. I can’t get hold of the support team and I need to resolve this issue ASAP. I must admit I have not logged into my wordpress site for quite a long time. Tonight I needed to amend and update a few of my blog’s articles but I can’t connect via the WEBSITE/wp URL. My site doesn’t even appear associated to my wordpress profile (but the website is up and running and visible). Does wordpress block your access after a certain time of inactivity?   We’d be happy to help, but we require one vital piece of information. What is the URL of your website?

  Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
