Admin access doesn't show up

  When I try to access my wp-admin portal, I get a white page. Nothing pulls up. I’ve cleared my cache and cookies on all browsers. Firefox, Safari, Chrome and I get the same blank screen. I was able to get to the page once and asked for a password reset and when I click the link that is sent, I get the same blank page.

  Please help me access my site..

  Hi Corey!

  It seems that the website that is having this issue is not a WordPress.com website but WordPress.org (a self-hosted installation of WordPress). There is a detailed difference between the two explained in this article – https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  I suggest asking for help at the official WordPress.org forums but in the meanwhile, I would suggest deactivating all the plugins at your website by renaming the plugins folder (since one of the plugins might be causing the problem).
