Admin Access Error & Theme Sleection Issue
-
I cannot access my controls for the domain: ‘domain2’. I am already an admin on this domain, but I cannot access any controls for the site – and this is making development impossible. Worse – I cannot apply themes (particulalrly the jetpack themes) to ‘Domain 2’ – except from within the builder. When I follow the link to browse Jetpack Themes, it automatically configures the site to ‘Domain 1’, from either account. If we attempt to switch back to managing Domain 2 (even from the original administrative account (SU1)), it simply reverts to managing ‘domain1’ as soon as the link is used. From my own account, I cannot seem to manage ‘Domain2’ at all – and have no control over the theme selection. As soon as I go into the admin side on my own account (SU2), it takes me back to the ‘Domain 1’. I need to change the theme of ‘Domain 2’.
Just to sum up – we cannot change the theme on ‘Domain 2’ to a jetpack/premium theme regardless of which account is accessing the theme selector. On top of this issue, the this account cannot control ‘domain2’, even though I am already an admin.

Hi there,
What site are you trying to manage? Referring to the site as “domain 2” does not give us any information that would allow us to help you.
I can tell you the
oahuaustinaccount you’re using to post here only has one Jetpack site connected to it, https://theswitchbox.biz/.If you have another self-hosted site, either it’s not yet connected through Jetpack, or it’s connected to a completely different WordPress.com account.
