Admin access for a client

  Hi, I’m trying to assist a client with updating their WP site, however they do not have admin access anymore due to a falling out with their former head of web. I have the login credentials for the general manager of the organization but I can’t add necessary plugins without admin access.

  I’m afraid that this site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with CloudFlare.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
