Admin Access on Expired Hosting
-
I am trying to access the admin site for vitorw.com
The site included my email as the primary contact, however, when I log in with said email, that website doesn’t not come up, only other ones. I used to access it by clicking on the admin access button at the bottom of the site, but since the hosting expired, I don’t know how to get back there. Can you help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Here’s an old screen shot of the account email, same as the one I’m logged under now.

It looks like vitorw.com was hosted at network solutions. You’ll want to contact them directly for assistance in recovering your website or accessing the admin side.
Just for future reference, you’ve posted to the community forums for sites hosted by WordPress.com, the hosting provider. For help with the open source WordPress software itself, you can contact the good folks at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
This guide explains in more detail about the differences between ORG and COM.
I’ve also flagged your thread for Forum Staff to request they remove your screenshot since this is a public forum.

Thanks @justjennifer for flagging this!
@awesthelle, just to add – on WordPress.com, we do not remove your content or access when your paid upgrades expire, your site moves to a free plan instead. If you’d like to consider moving your site here, let us know, and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Our plans start from $9 a month, but you’d only be charged $4 a month if you pay for the whole year upfront.
