Admin Access to Day Job Blog Site

Hello Support, in my day job I am now responsible for http://www.ConVerisation.com. I can access the dashboard (www.converisation.com/wp-admin/ ), but unlike my kennedy2003 dashboard for my personal WP site, I don’t see where I can add editors and other roles on the ConVerisation dashboard. I inherited this site from a marketing communications manager who is no longer with the company. I am trying to link to Google Analytics and and work with a consultant, but I’m just not seeing the information I need. So my question is: Do I indeed have full administrative privileges for the http://www.converisation.com blog? If not, what do I need to do to get that level of control and access? If I do have admin rights, where and how do I add editors? Thanks.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

Since this is a self-hosted WordPress site, you need to post this on that support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/

Unfortunately, we can’t help with WordPress.org requests here as they are different systems.

(It does indeed sound like you need admin rights to add editors and other users – can you contact the current admin owner to see if they could give you these rights? You should actually be made the site owner if the other person is no longer with the company).

Thank you! I’ve been reaching out to the current admin for a few months now without response. I am now in the process of rebuilding the blog via WordPress.com to regain control of the blog for my project. Yup – I made that executive decision, today. We’ve been needing to clean up the site content and do a refresh anyway.
