Admin access to posts sorted by category

  I gave Admin status to a user. They need to review posts by category (team 1, team 2, etc). Clicking on My Sites, I get a pull-down menu on the left. The final selection, below Settings, is WP Admin. However, my user, also an Admin, does not see this. They only see settings.
  How do they activate WP Admin status so they can sort posts by team?

  Hi there, the WP Admin choice is shown to users that registered before a certain date, but it is accessible by your new admin directly via the URL. Give them this url and then can then access the WP Admin classic dashboard when logged into their account.
