Hello there, I’m sorry that you get frustrated with the site. However, the URL you listed above shows that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com.
Name Server: NS1.BLUEHOST.COM
Name Server: NS2.BLUEHOST.COMFor self-hosted WordPress issue, we would suggest that you post your questions at WordPress.org forum.
https://wordpress.org/support/
Alternatively, you may want to check with your web hosting provider regarding your admin account.
Even though we wish to help you, the staff and members of this forum could only help you out with support topics related to WordPress.com sites but not self-hosted WordPress sites.
Hope your issue gets fixed soon!

Well, I had hoped to get some help from wordpress, but your answer is not surprising. I will spend some more of my time trying to find the answer to what should be a common problem for wordpress users.
Thanks for spending your valuable time on my problem.

Hi Gerry, perhaps you could try to get help from WordPress.org forum as the members and volunteers there have the best experience on self-hosted WordPress.

Logically, if your WordPress site was installed and configured by your web hosting provider, they should have emailed you the admin account information to login into the site. If you installed the site yourself, the admin account should be the created in Step 2 of the installation process.

If you have recovered your admin account user ID and password, the URL to login to your admin dashboard will be http://classe.magicofcreativity.com/wp-login.php.

Correction:
If you installed the site yourself, the admin account should be the created when you run the installation script. See Finishing Installation section at this link: https://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress#Detailed_Instructions.
