admin account name

the user name and account for my self hosted site is set as admin and this is the account that my jetpack is connected to. how can i change this to my actually account name?

The WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two independent entities and so are your accounts on both platforms:
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
If you wish, you can change your WordPress.com username as explained here:
https://wordpress.com/support/change-your-username/
Note, however, that this will still be an independent account.
