Admin account not letting me update payment info

    When I click on WP Admin>Store>Manage Purchases, I am bounced to my personal WP account, which is not billed. But I am also an Admin on a WP site with a Premium Account that needs updated credit card details. How do I access the billing pages for this account so that I can update payment info?

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post in here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com. You won’t be able to manage purchases on other sites where you are an admin, as only the account that owns an upgrade can make changes to the upgrade. Other admins on a site cannot make changes to upgrades they don’t own.

    So for example, for the site you listed here, http://openhumans.wordpress.com/, you will need to be logged in as the username, jasonbobe, as that’s the user who owns the upgrades on that particular site.

    Also note that WP Admin>Store>Manage Purchases no longer exists. That link now redirects to the Purchases page, here:
