Admin and dashboard not loading in.

  My dashboard won’t load. The blog seems fine, but I can’t get in to post pages, check stats. etc. I just get the the ‘cut off at server’ message. It definitely isn’t my internet connection. My admin bar is gone too. Can anybody help? Many thanks.
