  Is there any possibility that I can give access into some of my friends that I trust to post free into my blog? And check the articles before and confirm?

  Yes, you can do that. Just add them through Users – Add New. If you want them to be able to publish their own content, without you having to check it, Author is the best role. But if you want to actually check it before publication, Contributor is the best role.
