  Hey Cathy,

  The screenshot you uploaded to your Media Library indicates that you were actually logged out of your account when viewing your site in Safari. It looks like you have two-step authentication enabled on your account. When this is enabled, the computer will only “remember” you for 30 days. After that time period, you will be logged out and asked to login again. Could this be what’s going on?

  One way to “prevent” this from occurring (or realizing you’re logged out before visiting your site) would be to visit betweenthelinesbookblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin first to see if your Dashboard is visible.

  Ah, it might have something to do with the authentication, then. I didn’t even think go that. At least I know why it’s happening. So I just need to re log in with authentication each month.

  Yep! I think that should do the trick. Every 30 days, you will need to re-authenticate using the app.
