admin bar and 400 error

My admin bar has disappeared from my page http://angelafristoe.wordpress.com . I’m running Windows Vista and last night installed Norton Security Suite. Now only is the admin bar gone but I can only access the forums and support through wordpress.com the other pages (home, news, features, advanced) all show a 400 error.
I’ve already tried to force refresh with ctrl+F5 a number of times (logging out and back in after each attempt)
I’ve cleared my browser history (cookies, etc.) three times as of now
None of this has worked, I logged in on a different computer and the admin bar is there and the wordpress pages work, so it’s obviously my computer and I’m assuming it’s related to my installing the Norton last night. Any ideas on what I can try to fix my computer so it displays this?

Well, one of these things must have worked because everything is working now. Maybe after doing these things I needed to restart my computer.
