Admin Bar and text of post messed up

On March 22, 2013, the Admin Bar (the gray bar on the top of my posts which has (in a double line of tools): B, I, little scroll down thing to change size and boldness of letters, spell check, etc.) suddenly changed the other day when I was updating a post. The Admin Bar now has this stuff on it: b, i, link, b-quote, del, ims, img, uo, ol, li, code, more, lookup, etc. (in one single line of tools).
At the same time, my text (my writing) all changed. And it changed in ALL of my 100 or so previous posts. Also, when I try to add a new post, the same Admin Bar is there.
Here is how my March 22, 2013 post now looks (including the bottom part which is what I was updating when this error occurred):

Go to the top right hand corner of any forum page. Locate the Welcome, globallynomadicwoman link and click it. That page reveals every thread you have posted to this forum and every thread you have posted into. I have answered 4 of your threads and you have failed to respond to me in them.

I’m sorry that we have this misunderstanding. I did respond to one of your replies. Sorry if you didn’t get the reply.
None of your advice helped. I know what the Admin Bar is, and that is what got messed up along with ALL MY POSTS during one attempt at trying to “Update” my post.

What you’re talking about is not the Admin bar, it’s the toolbar of the post editor. And what you’re seeing is simply the so-called Text (=code) editor. Above the main edit box there should be two tabs, “Visual” and “Text”: you can toggle between the two.

Oh, Wow. That was easy to fix. I just clicked on “Visual” as you said. All’s well now.
