Admin bar; dashboard
-
Asking again. I just started a blog. I initially had an Admin bar and now have none and cannot access dashboard. Any thoughts?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL.
If the log-in information is lost you need to visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

I’m not clear on what you mean. I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Then please subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond. Thanks again. I meant that i have no admin bar (that lists my account, my blog, dashboard, etc. In it) period, on the very top, in any screen. Therefore no short cut to Dashboard. I have to get there with your url suggestion.

Hi there,
The admin bar can be either blue or black, depending on where on WordPress.com you are. However, the admin bar no longer contains a link called My Blogs or Dashboard. That was changed in last year already.
https://cloudup.com/clBL08oq05sFor a new account you won’t find any link to the WP-Admin dashboard if you click on My Site(s) – that only still exists in accounts that were created before we made the change. The only way to reach the WP-Admin dashboard now is with the direct link, as @timethief explained, so I suggest you bookmark that link in your browser for easy reference going forward.
