admin bar not showing

  Admin bar when i am on website have stopped showing. How to fix it? i tried deactivating cache plugin and also relog.

  Check Users → Profile and make sure “Show Toolbar when viewing site” is enabled. Also confirm your theme has <?php wp_footer(); ?> before </body>. That usually fixes the missing admin bar.
