Admin bar not showing, Reblogging impossible too
-
I’m on a borrowed computer running Windows 7 and Chrome 37.0.2062.124 m and on no blogs including my own does the grey admin bar show up. Neither can I reblog anything, even from the Reader. It always says “We encountered an issue reblogging this. Please try again” but it never works.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Nope. I don’t see the admin bar on ANY WordPress.com blogs. And this computer has no adblocker either. I don’t know what it would be then.
-
My admin bar doesn’t show either. I use Firefox, latest version. Have tried three different computers and still no admin bar. Have to migrate to Stats and then to a post or page and only then does the admin bar show.

Well, now I can see the grey Admin bar on SOME blogs, and reblog them, but not on others. I still can’t see it on my own. Might it be that mine has those ads in the header? It tends to be on the monetized blogs that I can’t see any admin bar. I have successfully reblogged from:
And I can see the admin bar on the first two but not the second (all reblogs were done from the reader).

There’s no admin bar visible on this (super TOS-violating) sports betting blog:

I see the Admin Bar & Reblog Button on all of the sites noted by @RC above
Firefox Current on Win Vista – Home version – current

Now I see the admin bar on my own site. BUT it took some weirdness.
When I went to reply to a comment on a blog post from the post itself, it asked me to sign in. I clicked on the W and it logged me in automatically (guess it detected my “I’m signed in, bitch” cookie) and I answered the comment. NOW the admin bar displays there.
Still doesn’t display on GigaOm.

I’m seeing an admin bar there both as a staff member and as a normal registered user.

The whole thing is really weird because I am not seeing any other reports of this happening. And I would expect that Raincoaster is experienced enough to not fall into any of the more obvious traps that some newer users fall into.
-
I would as well. When I look at the front of my blog I’m not signed in until I try to comment.
-
Do you happen to have access to a computer you don’t normally use to access WordPress.com?
-
That’s what I’m accessing it on right now. My regular computer died.
I think this one has some weird cookie storage issues. I can’t sign in to certain websites like Kinja sites at all.
-
I also cannot see the Edit links on individual post pages. If I go to comment it prompts me to sign in. I click the W, it signs me in automatically, and still no Edit link.

Given that I’m not hearing anything from other users about this issue (and it’s one that you would think people would be shouting over) and the other issues you seem to be having with that computer, I’m inclined to agree with you.
