  How do I remove the admin bar at the top on my web

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you mean the black bar that has the “my sites” and “reader” links?

  If so, that bar cannot be removed. It is part of the WordPress.com user interface. However, do be aware that viewers to your site will not see that bar unless they are have a WordPress.com site or their own and are logged into their account.
